Are you a 4th-year student majoring in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Water Supply, or Construction Management? Do you want to gain practical experience on real projects, receive a stipend, and secure employment immediately after defending your graduation thesis? Сompany “MESMER-EAST”, a leader in the construction of water treatment facilities, invites students to join a 6-month internship program! 💡 What awaits you? 🔹 Monthly stipend: ≈ 3,000,000 UZS 🔹 Flexible schedule: Up to 30 hours per week (without affecting your studies and graduation thesis). 🔹 Benefits: Company laptop, Welcome box, personal mentor, and visits to construction sites. 🔹 Practical experience and graduation thesis: Official recognition of the internship and the opportunity to connect your graduation thesis topic with a real project. 🔹 Career: The best interns will have the opportunity for permanent employment (Junior) starting from July 2027. 📌 Key areas: 1️⃣ Project Management (PM): Work schedules (MS Project), FIDIC contracts, deadline monitoring, and coordination of EPC projects. 2️⃣ Foreign Economic Activity (FEA): Incoterms 2020, HS codes, logistics, customs, and working with international suppliers. 3️⃣ Business Development: Tender monitoring, market analysis, and working with projects of international financial institutions (IFIs). 4️⃣ Technical Office (PTO): Reading technical drawings, AutoCAD, quantity calculations, cost estimates, and as-built documentation. 5️⃣ Finance: Working with 1C, payment requests, budget vs. actual analysis, and Cash Flow management. 🎯 Requirements: • 4th-year undergraduate student. • English language — B2 (IELTS 6.0+ or internal test). • Confident knowledge of MS Office (and specialized software relevant to the selected field). 📅 Internship period: January – June 2027.
