We are a manufacturing FMCG company (ketchups, mayonnaise, sauces). We are looking for a person who can create systematic and strategic content, not just “post something”. Main platforms: Instagram and Telegram Additionally, content will be adapted for YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok. Work format: office-based + filming at the production site and retail locations. What you will do Content shooting and editing Production processes Product displays Field visits Internal company processes Phone or camera — not important. The result matters. Work according to a content plan Implement the approved content plan Develop content ideas and scenarios Write captions and texts Adapt content to each platform’s format Communication management Reply to comments and messages on behalf of the brand Maintain a confident and appropriate tone of voice Transfer commercial inquiries to the sales department Analytics Provide analytics twice a month Track engagement rate (ER) and reach Suggest ways to improve results Occasionally work with bloggers Find suitable influencers Negotiate collaborations Monitor the implementation of the technical assignment (brief) Who we are looking for Middle-level specialist with at least 2 years of experience A person with real cases and portfolio, not just theoretical knowledge Someone who understands Instagram algorithms Ability to calculate engagement rate (ER) and analyze performance dynamics Strong sense of visual aesthetics and understanding of brand image We are not looking for just a “content poster”. We need someone who understands the responsibility of representing the brand in social media.
