Responsibilities: Managing the full cycle of work in the Smart Up system — data entry, price list adjustments, and management of discounts and promotions Monitoring field operations (tracking visits of sales representatives, checking photo reports, and verifying order accuracy) Sales analytics and preparation of reports on KPI performance and active customer base Working with the Smart Up database and preparing reports for management Requirements: Knowledge of the Smart Up system and confident use of Excel Analytical mindset and attention to detail when working with data Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP preferred) Understanding of sales processes and the work of sales representatives Skills in sales analytics (ABC analysis, trend analysis, KPI performance evaluation) Strong attention to numbers and details Ability to work with large volumes of data Responsibility and discipline Knowledge of Russian and Uzbek languages Experience in reporting and preparing analytical reports for management We offer: Stable job in a manufacturing company with 28+ years of experience in the Uzbekistan market Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan Competitive salary (discussed after the interview) Working schedule: 6/1, from 09:00 to 18:0
