We are looking for motivated, confident, and communicative English Speaking Tutors to join our online teaching team. Our primary mission is to help students improve their speaking fluency, build confidence, expand their vocabulary, and communicate naturally in everyday situations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct engaging and interactive online speaking sessions. - Help students develop fluency and speaking confidence. - Organise discussions, debates, role-plays, and conversation activities. - Introduce useful vocabulary, idioms, and natural English expressions. - Identify students' speaking weaknesses and provide constructive feedback. - Correct pronunciation and help students speak more naturally. - Encourage students to communicate actively in English. - Monitor and evaluate students' speaking progress. Requirements: - IELTS overall band score of at least 7.0. - IELTS Speaking band score of at least 7.0. - Excellent spoken English and clear pronunciation. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead engaging conversations and discussions. - Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage. - Basic computer skills and a stable internet connection. - Responsible, punctual, and enthusiastic about teaching.
